Automotive EPDM tri-component weatherstrips
Supportiveness
Resilience
Fixed performance
Manufactured from EPDM material via co-extrusion of three functional layers, this product combines the structural support of dense rubber, the resilience of sponge rubber, and the stability provided by a reinforcement layer. It is primarily used for automotive door seals, window guide channels, trunk seals, hood seals, and bodywork joints.
Key Advantages:

Composite of three materials for enhanced functionality
Waterproof, dustproof, sound-insulating, and shock-absorbing
Excellent compression resilience for long-lasting sealing
Resistant to ozone, UV radiation, and temperature extremes
Wear-resistant and durable with a long service life
Secure installation and dimensional stability
Customizable cross-section, hardness, length, and surface finish based on drawings

Applications

Automotive: Door/window seals, trunk seals, engine hood seals.

Construction: Curtain wall joints, window seals, roofing membranes.
